Question : Will the event be broadcasted?

Question:  Can Kam be nice enough to change the mod into being 36-57 instead of its current 47-57?

As of right now I see the mod as rather pointless.  In a comp you don't want your tires to heat, and since we have low powered cars (compared to RL), we won't even be able to use that lock.  And on top of that the layouts (seen in the promo vids) seem to have longish straights in them which means even less chance of using the mod.

Basically I am just asking to run the normal steering lock. I could care less if everyone else is running 57, as I see it as something that is limited thanks to LFS' fail in content and physics.

i hate the mod, to be honest (not cause it sucks, but it messes up all the "normal" lfs skills)

Actually we were thinking about this thing, and personally I said "no" for using the mod for the competition.

I'll talk to Proton about this when he's on.

Yeah really the steeringmod is for fun not for a comp  ......

+1. Its difficult also with an xbox gamepad

Actually, you guys can connect to a modded server without modded exe (it works that way but not reverse) and go on your own. It would cause lag to you because LFS cant recognize the bigger lock without the mod, but it works.
