He can use whatever rules he wants to, but i'd suggest that he gives out less points for clips.

The Competitions Are Closed. Please admin lock the theme :\

Reason For Closing :
- Can't find spare time
- Can't find normal server
- Can't find time to learn normal rules
- Can't find second judge.
