2nd PSN account at PS3?

hello,i am about to sell my ps3 for pc upgrading,so i want to restore all default settings,so the guy that will buy it will have it like it was at first,like first settings,time etc,and to create a new PSN account.Im worried that my PSN account will be foreven in there,becuase i heard u cant create 2nd account because of hackers problem that happened.Also i know how to enter PS3 Bios,but should i do it,so it will be at begining and to create new PSN account?

Format your entire PS3 should work, or go Manage settings or something similar to that and delete your account.
