uhm more info maybe ? like do you still have warrenty on the wheel ? etc.

i had the same problem yesterday.there that worked correctly after, the ffb not working and i did format my pc but not working and my usb hub very well.but i built it and its works now the ffb.now in your case look if works correctly your usb door if its good and again its not working the ffb the uninstall the logitechprofiler and install it again.To believe in coverage.sorry for my bad English
