Is there a way I can turn the lighting off in-game so it looks all cartoony.

(I know you can turn lighting off in the Viewer)

It appears that if you put the car shine level to 0 you can have the effect you search (edit the .cfg file)..
IMO it look not that good.

By opening it like a .txt file (do not convert it just set windows to open it with the notepad)
Then search for the line "car shine" and edit the number.

Just open the cfg.txt when lfs is  NOT running, change the amount of Car Shine to 0 and save. Then start lfs and you will have no reflections at all.

They see me rollin', they hatin.
