Problems with Battlefield 3 (needs help asap)

Hi guys!

So I recently got BF3 and got some problems. Campaign and such works, but when I'm on multiplayer everything freezes after the match/5 minutes.  I get a totally black screen, only the cursor's left. And I have to restart the computer because nothing responds. I don't think the PC is the problem because I can easily run it on max. The only thing I'm worried about is the RAM.

I have tried some stuff, but nothing worked.

Specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.
Core 2 Quad Q9400 @ 3,33 GHZ.
nVidia GTX295
3GB 400MHZ RAM.
650W PSU.
1TB HDD.

This is what I found on another forum where a guy has the same kinda problem..

STEP 1

    Go to your windows device manager.
    Uninstall the display adapter. (It does not matter what GPU you own.)
    Reinstall the updated drivers for your respective GPU.
    Here are the Links: NVIDIA – ATI

STEP 2

    Type cmd in run and run it as administrator.
    Now type sfc /scannow.
    After the scan is complete restart the computer.

STEP 3

    Open your Origin menu.
    Go to the settings tab.
    Now select settings and then select the in-game tab.
    Un-check enable origin in game’ option.
    The game should run fine without glitches.

Oh and another thing I have read is that it doesn't like onboard audio cards.. so that could be an issue too, but I am not so sure about that one.

It's 8 at 800MHZ, but I were running with 3 before.. I also wrote wrong, it was also 800MHZ :)
