okay so im not gonna write any big story here about the game, most of u knows what is battlefield and heres first actual gameplay video:

must say that it'll be fking epic!
all the vehicles..cars, planes, choppers etc.. just nice :>

game is coming in 2012 so its a big wait, but as u can see from the video its already looking sick :p

I have to say, its the first game I've seen in ages that doesn't feel or look like another call of duty!

i spend lot of time with battlefield 2. Planes, choppers, big maps=Perfect. I'm waiting on battlefield 3 too  :D

have bf2 and bfbc2...
i have to say that battlefield for me is all about choppers/jets. u never see me on the ground.. i was in the top 2000 chopper pilots... and like 100,000+ on ground sniper/attack/ etc.. so u get it.


little did i know that bfbc2 wouldnt have proper choppers, let alone jets.
however i still got it, but i only play it if friends are on.. if not ull see me flying a chopper in bf2.


with all that said...
im in the same boat as clown.. i would probably need to upgrade.
even tho im running a 3.2 quad core and 5850 1gb and 8gb ram.... i dont think ill be able to run bf3 on on highest.
with fresh new install of windows, i ran bfbc2 perfect all maxed out. a year+ later, with lots of programs and etc... i have to play on medium/low.

Just saw the new trailer... just wow... the visuals and a.i. look extremely good... hope this game benchmarks the fps genre!

Gigabyte X48T-DQ6
Intel Core 2 Quad 9550 (2,8ghz) Could easily go up to 3,5ghz..
4GB DDR3 1033mhz.. Could go up to 1600mhz
Ati Radeon HD 4870 X2

Prolly enough for low or medium graphs?

pretty hard to say what bf3 needs to run.. but if u can overlock ur CPU to 3,5 or even more, do it.. :>

i7 950 3,8ghz

Used to play BF, was part of the Sir. stunt clan(you know, boat launches, jumping from plane to plane, flying through the dam and under bridges etc etc

Was fun was fun but that was a long time ago. I actually like this trailer alot cause of how it looks and it doesnt feel like another CoD as Ivan said. Its seems more realistic...
