From what i understood, its a kind of law that prevent every people from uploading or streaming gameplay videos without geting a permision of the company that created that game? ::)

Old new and is old and this bill won't get passed. Companys actually make more money from kids watching videos of there games on youtube and even developers watch the videos to see what people want in there games.

Chance that the bill gets pass= 0.0000001%

We'll still be able to do so because when youtube retires a video for copyrights infringement its because the owner of the video asked it.
I had one doriten video erased from my account and it clearly said that Sunpro blabla with all kanji adress **** asked youtube to erase my video because it belongs to them.
