Help with downloading a new version 4 R4 DS?

I bought a R4DS but some of the games freeze after it says loading. It freezes on a white space. Someone told me to download the newest version of R4 but i don't know how. I know the websitebut the link for the DS version 2 has expired. Help please? 3ds card r4i sdhc card

What this has to do with Lfs?
Can't you post that on a forum where people actually know things about the DS.
