Minecraft is a sandbox game which has the worse graphics youll ever see..
your computer generates a random world for you, two people on earth will never get the same world, and the world keeps generating while
you explore.. Notch (the game creator) said that the minecraft world can be 8 times bigger then earth.
Your goal in this sandbox game is to survive, why you might ask? because at night the baddies come out.. skeletons,zombies,creepers and spiders
and they want your blood, so what you need to do is to shelter, build a house from materials you find and collect, and you can craft them to various things, such as- glass, arrows,swords,torches,doors and more cool stuff.
After you build it you start mining deep into the earth and you can find new materials like diamond.. steel and more stuff.
The game came out in 2009 and it already has 300000 premium accounts, to play the full version of the game and play the multiplayer
you have to buy the game through Payal, the game currently costs 9.95 Euros and it will cost more after it will be Beta version (now its alpha)

3 people from lfs community already bought this game so i decided to open this topic to share some ideas.. post cool vids, and ask some questions

hopefully more people will buy it and we can have like... LFS meeting on a server lol..

On my first save I lost all my precious loot (I almost had a complete iron armor) in a stupid way while mining! So I did a second, but the world generated suck really bad, theres no caves near my spawn so I made a lil house to protect myself during the night, I also have a boat (coz theres an island nearby that I want to explore).

if you lost on multiplayer u can set your home and write /home thing and u will teleport back on your home :p so better explore on multiplayer

i made like 100 saves because i didnt have any interesting places.. i would go exploring with a boat like you say
but then if i die there.. il go back to the spawn point.. i think that theres should be somekind of craftable item that changes your spawn point..

Btw at my save..i was exploring alil around my house, then i heared a very big zombie noise and it was day outside.. i dug downwards few steps
and i found a cave with mossy stones.. that means that theres a mob spawner in that cave, i didnt explore it yet cause i figured i might die
when il supply up ima tell you guys what i found there

Damn I just went mining, I found tons of iron but I went so deep that almost got lost in the cave!
In fact I had to make my own exit digging thru the dirt!!! Now I'm on the top of a self made tower to find where my house is located!

you know you can make a craftable compass right?

yep I made one but I got killed while stupidly exploring during night and never found it back (on my 1st save)

Haha this game is awesome I love the aspects of the alpha but i would love to have unlimited resources online... would be al ittle more fun when just building for fun

But anyone got a spare server or so we can use?

There are unlimited resources in classic mode and thats for free
for now the multiplayer in alpha is only building for fun because mobs arent out yet.. when they will be out, it will be a whole new thing
and ima think about getting a server if we will have a decent community here
