EDIT: can u suggest some cool apps, games ?
You should try Angry birds, Ant Smasher, Blow up lite, MX moto lite, and Paper toss regarding the games. Also skype, youtube and tapatalk pro are very usefull for me and work perfect.

Btw, does any of you know how can i see what is stored in my internal memory? I have samsung galaxy 3 (gt-i5800). I can only see which apps are installed there, but i want to see all the files that are in the internal memory.

Late reply but search for a file browser in the market. Should do the trick.

I had the first Google Android phone.. the G1.. pre-ordered like 4 months ahead of time..
now im on the G2.. and its the best phone i've ever had.. :)
Rooted on CM7.. i get around 13-15 battery life...
however constant GPS, Facebook, take and upload photos, twitter and more.. i drained it in 5 hours lol

I wouldnt say I am a veteran, I tooka close interest into Android way before I bought an Android phone.. Infact my dad got an Android phone before me..

First Android phone I bought was on 2.2, but I do know quite alot about it I guess.

Maybe ur phone is running a lot of apps in the backround and that consumes ram and maybe thats the reason of lagging.

Ive tried top browsers like chrome, firefox etc. but afterall original browser is best imo. I think lag is caused by viewing sites without zoomed in and theres alot of pics and texts covered all over screen. When i zoom in little, its smooth.
