Softer rear because you want traction.

1st, write properly, its a forum not your mobile phone.
2nd I can barely understand your broken english!

From what I can understand you're asking if harder suspension setup will provide more grip?
I already replied to that question on my first post.
If your suspension are as stiff as possible you'll have sh!t grip. Do some tests and see whats working best for you.

ps : learn english

try russ's setups
http://www.lfsdrift.net/help-me/xrt-drift-setups-russ/

but its not always about setup, its also how good can you control your car, how aggresive you are or want to be etc ... you adjust your setup to your style
and one more thing, my suspension settings looks way different, i have enough grip, i can drive aggresive / fast and at the same time with a good angle
from that what i see, i think your setup is probably damn grippy and you have to correct your lines pretty much
anyways, i might try these settings and reply to you ;)

They're really soft imo, even mines aren't as soft. Russ's setup are really good, especially the track one.
