I dont see why he would go to jail. He lost control and went into the croud. **** happens. Fricking ya its kinda un-safe for hte spectaters but they should of been smart wnough to watch further away. Also if he did go to jail for that then drifting is illegal. So i see no reason why he should go to jail for that. Lost control of the car, it oversteered, stuff happens even teh pro's do it sometimes.  No one is perfect.

guys that hold the event are in jail
driver might also have some problems, but its the fault of the event organizer first!

the thing wrong with the saftey in that video is where the spectators are standing.  events set up like that are just a terrible accident waiting to happen....  and that was a terrible one...

if you're saying that for what I was saying upper, I was just being stupid!
still driver can be glad he has helmet and rollcage lol, but those ****ers have bent side pannels of the car, he might have been furious!!
