Tweak for V in vista?

ok, its simple, how i can make patch v tweak work in vista?
It works well when i had xp on my old pc but in this it just dont work, cant open it cuz it dont have COMDLG32.OCX and COMCTL32.OCX
I wanna make it works cuz the screenshots looks so much better with bespoke and tweak, without tweak they'r crap.
Any1 have same problem? Need help  :-\

Its also good to drift in with the good tweak (means realisticly made)

im on Vista Home Premium 32 bit and it works fine..
